Overview
KYN61-40.5 type armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of indoor power distribution devices with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5kV. As power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy. It can control, protect and detect the circuit, and can also be used in places with frequent operations.
The switchgear conforms to GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 standards.

Functions and Features
◆The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor type structure;
◆It is equipped with a new type of composite insulation vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and easy replacement;
◆The frame of the handcart is equipped with a screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and prevent the propulsion structure from being damaged by misoperation;
◆All operations can be carried out with the cabinet door closed;
◆The interlock between the main switch, handcart and switch cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the “five-proof” function;
◆The cable room has ample space and can connect multiple cables;
◆Quick grounding switch is used for grounding and short circuit;
◆The enclosure protection grade is IP3X, and when the handcart door is open, the protection grade is IP2X;
◆The product conforms to GB3906-1991, DL404-1997 and adopts international IEC-298 standard.

◆Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature +40℃. Minimum temperature -15℃.
◆Relative humidity: daily average relative humidity: ≤95%,
The average daily water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa;
Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%,
The monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa;
◆Altitude: below 1000m.
◆Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.
◆The surrounding air should not be obviously polluted by corrosive or combustible gas, water vapor, etc.
◆No violent vibration place.
◆When it is used under the normal conditions specified in GB3906, it shall be negotiated by the user and the manufacturer.
