ZN85-40.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is suitable for power system with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage 40.5KV, and can be used for load current, overload current and fault current of industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations.
The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism are arranged up and down, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and the connected charged body are separated by three independent epoxy resin insulating pipes to form a composite insulating structure. The circuit breaker can meet the air distance and climbing distance requirements under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduce the volume of the circuit breaker. The vacuum interrupter of the main circuit and the electrostatic joint are installed in the insulating cylinder with a distance of only 300mm. The electrical connection of the main circuit adopts fixed connection with high reliability. The insulating cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
A spring-operated mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker is installed in the frame of the circuit breaker. Its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker and become an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. Product Structure Features

Environmental Conditions
