Overview

ZW20-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used to disconnect and close the load current, overload current and short-circuit current of the power system. It is suitable for protection and control of substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and urban and rural distribution networks, especially for places with frequent operation and automatic distribution networks of domain networks. This product is matched with the controller to meet the requirements of the distribution automation system and complete the traditional recloser function reliably and effectively. The mature box-type sealing structure is adopted, and the interior is filled with SF6 gas. It has good sealing performance and is not affected by the outside world. This is a maintenance free product. The spring operating mechanism adopts the direct-drive chain main drive and multi-stage tripping system, with high operational reliability.

Environmental Conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit 60 °C, lower limit -30 °C;
2. Altitude: ≤ 3000m (if the altitude increases, the rated insulation level will increase accordingly);
3. Amplitude: The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;
4. The daily average relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
5. There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
