Overview

ZW32-12 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as “circuit breaker”) is an outdoor power distribution switchgear with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. Circuit breakers are mainly used to break and close load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power lines. They have overload and short-circuit protection functions, meet control and measurement requirements, and can also realize remote control and monitoring functions. They are widely used in substations, It is used for control and operation in the power distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises, especially suitable for places requiring frequent operation.
The circuit breaker conforms to technical standards such as GB1984-2003, DL/T402-2007 and IEC60056.

Normal Use Conditions

◆Ambient temperature: -40℃~+40℃; Altitude: 2000m and below;
◆The surrounding air can be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gas, steam or salt mist, and the pollution level is the target level;
◆The wind speed does not exceed 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the cylindrical surface);
◆Special conditions of use: The circuit breaker can be used under normal conditions different from those specified above. Please negotiate with us for special requirements.

◇The power of the energy storage motor is small, and the energy consumption of opening and closing is low; the mechanism transmission adopts the direct transmission mode, the number of parts is small, and the reliability is high.
◇The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed box, which can effectively prevent corrosion and improve the reliability of the mechanism.
◆Convenient and flexible control and free combination performance
◇ Manual opening or electric opening and closing and remote remote control operation can be used.
◇It can be matched with intelligent controller to realize power distribution automation, or combined with recloser controller to form automatic recloser and sectionalizer.
◇A two-phase or three-phase current transformer can be installed for overcurrent or short circuit protection.
◇It can provide the current acquisition signal for the intelligent controller; the current transformer for metering can be installed according to the user’s requirements.
◇A three-phase linkage isolating switch can be brought out, with an anti-mistake interlocking device; the arrester pillar insulator can be connected, which is convenient for maintenance.
