Overview
ZW32-24(G) series outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is an outdoor switchgear with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 24kV. Construction and renovation of power equipment for urban power grids, rural power grids, mines and railways.
This product is a 24kV outdoor high-voltage switchgear that is successfully developed on the basis of domestic raw materials and processes by absorbing foreign technology and suitable for my country’s national conditions. Compared with similar products, it has the characteristics of miniaturization, maintenance-free, and intelligence. The surrounding environment is pollution-free and is a green product.
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of my country’s urban power grid and the rapid growth of electricity load, and the characteristics of long power supply lines and large line losses in rural power grids, the original 10kV voltage level power distribution has been difficult to meet the power supply requirements. The power supply distance is too large, the line loss rate is high, and the voltage quality is difficult to meet the requirements. However, the use of 24kV voltage level power supply has a series of advantages, such as increasing the power supply capacity, ensuring the voltage quality, reducing the power loss of the power grid, and saving the construction cost of the power grid. Therefore, the use of 24kV voltage distribution level power supply is an inevitable trend of development, and it is imperative.
The circuit breakers comply with technical standards such as GB1984-2003 “High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers” and DL/T402-2007 “Technical Conditions for Ordering High Voltage AC Circuit Breakers” and DL/T403-2000 12kV ~ 40.5kV High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers Ordering Technical Conditions.
Normal Use Environment
◆Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -40℃;
◆Air relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%;
◆Altitude:≤3000mm;
◆Wind pressure: no more than 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 34m/s);
◆Pollution level: IV (the creepage distance ≥31mm/kV);
◆Icing thickness: ≤10mm;
◆Installation site: There should be no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
